Prime Automation is an Amazon Automation company that is owned by the same team that runs the Sales Clinic. As our own internal offer, it's a great example of Sales Clinic abilities in helping companies that are good at fulfilment, scale their sales operations. Prime serves over a 150 clients in the US, managing their Amazon stores, doing $50 million in Amazon.com sales annually across all the stores they manage.
We created the entire funnel for Claw Academy. Everything from designing & building the landing page and it's lead generation flow, to the VSL, to the entire CRM and client management system. We also manage the sales process for them, from advising on their their advertising & lead generation front, to running the entire closing system; hiring, training, & managing the setters and the closers.
Our client Jaime Ibanez is the biggest influencer on YouTube teaching people how to start their own vending machine business, with over 500k subscribers. Jaime spent years trying to sell a course at $149 with very little success, making around $10-15k annually from his coaching business. We came in, helped him create a whole new high ticket program priced at $3000. We revamped the course, added weekly coaching calls, free websites for clients, and also a live discord group where people could get support directly from Jaime. The new program took off fast and has been generating Jaime $20-40k in cash collected every month.
At G1M, our client Renzo Sanhueza is a prominent Spanish influencer on YouTube and various social media platforms, offering guidance on managing funds and executing trades in the financial markets to his audience.
